Hey, I'm tayler!

I’m a women’s health dietitian who’s passionate about helping women navigate hormonal and menstrual cycle issues so they can understand where their period problems are coming from and learn how to improve them using a nutrition and lifestyle approach.

There’s so much wisdom in the menstrual cycle. When we learn what various period problems can indicate, we can make effort to correct them, rather than suppressing them with synthetic hormones or pain killers.

I hope this guide allows women to learn more about their bodies, become more in tune with their cycles, and embrace their natural flow.
